1.1 The inventimmo.be database

The information that we disseminate does not in any way guarantee the legality of the urban planning allocation. Except for administrative districts, it is recommended that you verify whether permits have been issued that allow occupation of the rooms presented here for use as offices. The municipal administrations can confirm this for you.
The Brussels Regional Development Agency is the principal owner of industrial land in Brussels. Aside from exceptions, these plots of land are not sold but are rented on a long-term lease (emphyteutic lease).
